Provisions on Reporting and Requests for Debtor Information via the Financial Information Service System Tightened

As a part of efforts to develop a reliable, comprehensive and integrated financial information service system for the financial services sector and to expand the scope of reporters (pelapor) who provide various funding facilities, [1] the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued an amendment to Regulation No. 18/POJK.03/2017 on Reporting and Requests for Debtor Information Through the Financial Information Service System (“ Regulation 18/2017 ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 64/POJK.03/2020 (“ Amendment ”).
