In a bid to establish easily and swiftly accessible visa and stay permit policies in order to facilitate foreign citizens who wish to stay in Indonesia for long periods of time, the Director-General of Immigration (“ Director-General ”) recently introduced new immigration facilities in form of second-home visas (“ Visas ”) and second-home limited-stay permits (“ Limited Permits ”) through the issuance of Circular No. IMI-0740.GR.01.01 of 2022 (“ Circular 740/2022 ”).
