Provisions on Stock Exchange Listings Amended

In order to conform to the various procedures which are set out under regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”),the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has issued Decree on the Amendment to Rule I-A on the Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed Companies (“ Rule I-A ”). [1] Previously, these matters were addressed under Decree of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta Stock Exchange (“ Previous Rule ”), which has now been repealed and replaced by Rule I-A.
