Provisions on the Collection of Levies by the OJK Amended

In order to further improve the effectiveness of the collection of levies from financial service institutions and from supporting professionals in the financial service industry (e.g., public accountants, public assessors, actuaries, etc.), as undertaken by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan- “ OJK ”), [1] the OJK has issued Regulation (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the OJK on Procedures for the Collection of Levies by the Financial Services Authority (“ Regulation 3/2014 ”).
