Provisions on the Construction and Operation of Special Terminals and Private-Interest Terminals Updated

In line with the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 31 of 2021 on the Organization of the Shipping Sector (“ Regulation 31/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. PM 52 of 2021 on Special Terminals and Private Terminals (“ Regulation 52/2021 ”), which further elaborates upon and updates the requirements and procedures that apply in relation to the construction and operation of special terminals and private-interest terminals.
