Provisions on the Disbursement of Community Business Credits (KUR) Relaxed

With the ultimate goal of achieving more egalitarian economic growth through the expansion of community business credit (Kredit Usaha Rakyat– “ KUR ”) coverage, the Coordinating  Minister for Economic Affairs (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation (“ Amendment ”), which amends Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs as the Committee Chairman for Financing Policies for Micro-, Small- and Medium-Scale Enterprises on Implementation Guidelines forCommunity Businesses Credit(“ Regulation 11/2017 ”).
