The Minister for Trade (MOT) has issued a new regulation that repeals a former Decision by the Minister for Industry and Trade (MOIT). The new regulation,No. 02/M-DAG/PER/2/2006(the “Regulation”) has been issued with a view to increasing the effectiveness of the implementing of provisions aimed at improving the management and conservation of forest resources and products to guarantee supply and export quality over the long term. In order to do this the MOT has repealed MOIT Decision No. 647/MPP/Kep/10/2003 (the “Decision”).
