The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation (“ Second Amendment ”) which re-amends Regulation of the Minister on Procedures for the Granting of Areas, Licensing and Reporting for Mineral and Coal-Mining Business Activities (“ Regulation 11/2018 ”). Prior to the issuance of the Second Amendment, Regulation 11/2018 was amended once previously through the issuance of Regulation of the Minister The Second Amendment redefines provisions which relate to the following matters:
