Provisions on the Importation of Consignment Goods Updated

In an effort to protect Indonesia’s national interests in the face of increased volumes of goods which are being imported through the imported consignment goods mechanism, as well to promote domestic industry, [1] the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 199/PMK.10/2019 on Provisions on Customs, Duty and Tax for Imports of Consignment Goods (“ Regulation 199/2019 ”).
