The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 11/PMK.04/2019 (“ Amendment ”) which amends Regulation of the Minister No. 229/PMK.04/2017 on Guidelines for the Imposition of Import-Duty Tariffs for the Importation of Goods Based on Agreements or International Treaties (“ Regulation 229/2017 ”).The Amendment has been issued as an implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding that exists between the Government of the Republic Indonesia and the Government of the State of Palestine, which was ratified by the Indonesian Government through the issuance of Regulation of the President No. 34 of 2018 ,and specifically redefines the following matters: [1]
