The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued various regulations that specifically address the submission of information by issuers and public companies in order to ensure that the general public has access to accurate information and that listed companies can easily submit reports. [1] Against this background, the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BoD ”) recently issued Decree No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 on the Amendment to Regulation I-E on Information Disclosure Obligations (“ Amendment to Regulation I-E ”), which simultaneously replaces and repeals the following legal frameworks:
