Provisions on the Management of Songs and/or Music Royalties Regulated Further

The recent issuance of Regulation of the Government No. 56 of 2021 on the Management of Songs and/or Music Copyright Royalties (“ Regulation 56/2021 ”) established a number of new provisions that address the collection and management of royalties. [1] The Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has now followed this up through the issuance of Regulation No. 20 of 2021 on the Implementing Regulation to Regulation 56/2021 (“ Regulation 20/2021 ”).
