Provisions on the Operation of the Broadcasting Sector Finally Issued

In an effort to implement several provisions set under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”) [1] and Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2021 on Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting (“ Regulation 46/2021 ”), [2] the Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on the Operation of the Broadcasting Sector (“ Regulation 6/2021 ”), which updates the regulatory framework that applies to the broadcasting sector and that replaces various other provisions and regulations that previously addressed similar matters, [3] including:
