Provisions on the Organization of Telecommunications Services Further Amended

As a part of efforts to aimed at improving Indonesia’s telecommunications service industry, [1] the Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2021 (“ Second Amendment ”) which further amends [2] Regulation of the Minister No. 13 of 2019 on the Organization of Telecommunications Services (“ Regulation 13/2019 ”). [3] In essence, the Second Amendment makes a number of changes to various provisions that were originally set out under Regulation 13/2019 and addresses the following areas:
