Provisions on the Procurement and Allocation of Biodiesel Updated

In order to ensure the adequate management of all procurements and utilization of biofuel in the form of biodiesel (“ Biodiesel Fuel ”) in line with sustainable development goals,  the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 24 of 2021 (“ Regulation 24/2021 ”) on the Provision and Utilization of Biofuel in the Form of Biodiesel for the Purposes of Financing by the Palm-Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (“ Agency ”).
