Provisions on the Requirements and Procedures for the Appointment, Transfer, Termination and Extension of Terms of Office for Notaries Amended

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (“Ministry”) has issued Regulation No. 62 of 2016 (“Amendment”),which amends Ministry Regulation No. 25 of 2014 on Requirements and Procedures for the Appointment, Transfer, Termination and Extension of Terms of Office for Notaries (“Regulation 25/2014”).The Amendment is aiming to improve services which relate to the appointment, transfer, termination and extension of terms of office for notaries, which will now be implemented through an online application system.
