The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on the Trade of Excisable Goods for Which the Excise Tariffs Are Settled through the Affixation of Excise Labels or the Affixation of Other Excise Settlement Marks (“ Regulation 67/2018 ”).In essence, Regulation 67/2018 serves as a set of guidelines for businesses (manufacturers and importers) for trade in any excisable goods for which the relevant excise tariffs are to be settled through the affixation of excise labels or other excise settlement marks (“ Excisable Goods ”).
