Provisions on the Utilization of Auxiliary Materials in Food Processing Updated

In an attempt to better protect the general public from any unhealthy auxiliary materials which may be present in the food products that they consume, the Food and Drug Supervision Agency (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makan- “ BPOM ”) recently issued Regulation No. 28 of 2019 on Auxiliary Materials in Food Processing (“ Regulation 28/2019 ”).
