Provisions Relating to the Rights Issue with Pre-Emptive Rights (HMETD) Updated

In a bid to offer better protection to minority shareholders in public companies, specifically as regards the rights issue with Pre-Emptive Rights (Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu– “ HMETD ”), the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) has issued Regulation of the OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the OJK No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increases in Public Companies with Pre-Emptive Rights (“ Regulation 32/2015 ”).
