In an effort to encourage the development of investment products within the capital market through the issuance of structured warrants, [1] the Board of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has finally issued Decree No. KEP-00018/BEI/04-2022 on the Listing of Structured Warrants Through the Market (“ Decree 18/2022 ”), which mainly sets various incentives for the listing of structured warrants in the form of registration-fee and listing-fee exemptions that apply to all fees for structured warrants that are billed by the BEI between 11 April 2022 and 30 June 2024.
