Dalam upaya mendorong pengembangan produk investasi di pasar modal melalui penerbitan waran terstruktur, [1] Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) akhirnya menerbitkan Keputusan No. KEP-00018/BEI/04-2022 tentang Pencatatan Waran Terstruktur di Bursa (“ Keputusan 18/2022 ”), yang mengatur insentif untuk pencatatan waran terstruktur berupa pembebasan biaya pendaftaran dan biaya pencatatan yang berlaku untuk semua biaya waran terstruktur yang ditagihkan oleh BEI dari 11 April 2022-30 Juni 2024.
