The Governor of Jakarta has issued Regulation No. 50 of 2012 on Guidelines on the Promotion, Supervision, and Law Enforcement of Smoking-Prohibited Areas (“Regulation”) with the purpose of implementing Smoking-Prohibited Areas in an effective and efficient manner. This Regulation only applies in the Jakarta Province.
