PUVA Compliance Gets Further Clarity: BI Details Licensing and Digital Reporting Requirements for SROs and Financial Market Infrastructure Organizers

The Department of Financial Market Development of Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) has issued Technical Guidelines No. 6/JUKNIS/EKSTERNAL/DPPK/2026 (“ Technical Guidelines 6/2026 ”) on Guidelines for Licensing and Reporting of Actors and Organizers of Financial Market Infrastructure (Infrastruktur Pasar Keuangan– “ IPK ”) and the Organization of Self-Regulatory Organizations (“ SRO ”) in the Money Market and Foreign Exchange Market (Pasar Uang dan Pasar Valuta Asing– “ PUVA ”).
