Quality Standards for Emissions from Lithium Battery Recycling Introduced

In order to prevent air pollution from lithium battery recycling businesses and/or activities and in line with the mandate set under Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Organization of Environmental Management and Protection, [1] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 12 of 2021 on Quality Standards for Emissions from the Recycling of Lithium Batteries (“ Regulation 12/2021 ”).
