Quick Examinations Introduced for Mitigation of Monopolistic and Unfair Business Competition Practice Cases

In an effort to establish calculated, systematic and effective procedures that address the mitigation of cases that involve monopolistic and unfair business competition practices (collectively referred to as “ Cases ”), the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha– “ KPPU ”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2023 on Procedures for the Mitigation of Monopolistic and Unfair Business Competition Practice Cases (“ Regulation 2/2023 ”), which has been in force since 31 March 2023.
