Reassessment of Primary Parties of Non-Banks Finally Regulated

In a bid to further refine procedures which address reassessments of the primary parties of financial-service institutions, as originally regulated under Regulation of the Financial Services Authority (“ OJK ”) No. 34/POJK.03/2018 on the Reassessment of Primary Parties of Financial-Service Institutions (“ Regulation 34/2018 ”), the OJK has just issued Circular No. 15/SEOJK.05/2019 on the Reassessment of Primary Parties of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (“ Circular 15/2019 ”).
