Recent Update on KIA Draft Bill: More Facilities for Employees

Back in 2022, the government issued Draft Bill (“ KIA Draft Bill 2022 ”) on Mother and Child Welfare (Kesejahteraan Ibu dan Anak– “ KIA ”), which set out various provisions that specifically address the rights of mothers and children, the obligations of mothers and various other provisions that relate to their welfare.
