Registering the Integrated Construction Services Business

The Construction Services Development Board (Lembaga Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi– “LPJK”) has issued Regulation No. 5 of 2014 on Registration of Integrated Construction Service Businesses (“Regulation”), which implements Article 28 (1) of Government Regulation No. 92 of 2010 on Amendment to the Regulation No. 28 of 2000 on Business and Public Participation of Construction Service.
