Registration, Amendment and Removal Procedures for Fiduciary Security Revised

With the goal of supporting business actors that are looking to secure loans, specifically through fiduciary security schemes, [1] the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 25 of 2021 on Procedures for the Registration, Amendment and Removal of Fiduciary Security (“ Regulation 25/2021 ”), which has now introduced a number of improved arrangements that relate to said procedures, primarily through the introduction of the following processes:
