Updates the table of Indonesian radiofrequency spectrum allocation (“ Table ”), which is formulated with reference to the 2016 Radio Regulations.
The Table comprises overall plans on the utilization of the Indonesian radiofrequency spectrum within the 8.3 kHz to 3,000 GHz range for various purposes (e.g., meteorological aids, radio navigation, etc.).
Determines two functions of the Table in order to implement utilization planning for the following two areas: 1) Band (pita) planning; and 2) Channel (kanal) planning.
Requires all radiofrequency allocations to be implemented in accordance with the Table and sets a five-year adjustment period.
