Regulatory Framework for the Organization of Spatial Planning Updated and Synergized

In order to synergize the implementation of the various revisions set out under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation that have been made to the laws on spatial planning, the management of coastal areas and small islands, as well as marine affairs, [1] the government has issued Regulation of the Government No. 21 of 2021 on the Organization of Spatial Planning (“ Regulation 21/2021 ”).
