Regulatory Framework for the Unemployment Insurance Program Issued

Following the introduction of Indonesia's new unemployment insurance concept under Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”), [1] the government has now issued Regulation of the Government No. 37 of 2021 (“ Regulation 37/2021 ”), which sets out further provisions on the organization of the unemployment insurance program.
