Minister of Forestry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. P.9/Menhut-II/2013 on Forest and Non-Forest Area Rehabilitation Procedures, Supporting Activities, and Incentives (“Regulation”). The Regulation implements Articles 33, 34, and 40 of Government Regulation No. 76 of 2008 on Forest Rehabilitation and Reclamation (“Government Regulation”).
