Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Circular Letter No. SE.06/MEN/VIII/2011 on the Payment of Religious Holiday Allowances and Joint Homecoming (Mudik) Recommendation (“Circular”) has been issued to fulfill public needs, particularly workers needs, when celebrating Lebaran/Religious Day Celebration . The Circular is also aimed at implementing the mandatory allowance, which is regulated under Minister of Manpower Regulation No. PER.04/MEN/1994 on Holiday Allowances for Workers in Companies.
