Renewal of HGB for Multistory Housing Units Soon to Be Granted for 80-Year Periods

In 2021, the government introduced Regulation of the Government No. 18 of 2021 on the Right to Manage, Land Titles, Multistory Housing Units and Land Registrations (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”). As its title suggests, this framework addresses the organization of various land rights and land registration procedures. It should be noted that various provisions that feature under Regulation 18/2021 were addressed in the following edition of Indonesian Legal Brief (“ ILB ”): “ Govt. Introduces New Provisions on the Right to Manage, Land Rights and Land Registrations ”.
