Requests for Fine Payment Leniency to Be Submitted to KPPU Within 14 Days of Legally Binding Decision

As originally mandated under Regulation of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha– “ KPPU ”) No. 2 of 2021 on Guidelines for the Imposition of Fine Sanctions for Monopolistic Practices and Unhealthy Business Competition Violations (“ Regulation 2/2021 ”), approvals for leniency requests that relate to payments of fines that have been levied against business actors and/or other parties based on KPPU decisions (collectively referred to as “ Respondents ”) [1] may be granted by the KPPU.
