Requirements and Procedures for the Issuance of Import Recommendations for Hazardous Materials Clarified

In order to establish a more effective processes for the imports of hazardous materials, the Minister of Industry (“ MoI ”) is seeking to provide greater clarity in terms of the various requirements and procedures that apply in relation to the granting of MoI recommendations for imports of hazardous materials through the issuance of Regulation No. 16 of 2021 on Import Recommendations for Hazardous Materials (“ Regulation 16/2021 ”).
