Resident Administration in the Special Jakarta Area

Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2011 on the Registration of Citizens and Civil Affairs (“Regulation”) was issued to improve resident administration and civil registration in the Special Jakarta Area. The Regulation regulates residents’ rights and obligations, resident administration, civil registration, and the protection of resident data and information.
