Back in 2015, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) issued Regulation No. 44 of 2015 on Procedures for Entry and Exit Inspections in Indonesian Territory at Immigration Checkpoints (“ Regulation 44/2015 ”) which, as its title suggests, set out the various prerequisites that apply to individuals who wish to enter or exit Indonesian territory, as well as various procedures for immigration inspections.
