The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued a revised list of goods that are now prohibited from being exported (“ Prohibited Goods ”) through Regulation of the Minister No. 22 of 2023 on Goods Prohibited from Being Exported (“ Regulation 22/2023 ”), which has been in force since 17 July 2023. The previous list was set out under Regulation of the Minister No. 18 of 2021 on Goods Prohibited from Being Imported and Exported, and its amendment (“ Regulation 18/2021 ”). As such, provisions on Prohibited Goods that were originally set out under Regulation 18/2021 have now been simultaneously repealed and replaced . [1]
