Revised Procurement Rules Prioritize TKDN-Qualified Indonesian Goods Before Lower-TKDN and Imported Alternatives

The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah– “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2026 on Guidelines for the Preparation and Implementation of Government Procurement of Goods/Services through Providers (“ Regulation 3/2026 ”) to align the procurement guidelines with Regulation of the President No. 16 of 2018 on Government Procurement of Goods/Services, as amended several times, most recently through Regulation of the President No. 46 of 2025 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 16/2018 ”).
