Back in 2018, the Indonesian Government introduced Regulation of the President No. 16 of 2018 on Procurements of Public Goods and Services, which was subsequently amended by Regulation of the President No. 12 of 2021 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 16/2018 ”). [1] As its title suggests, the framework of Regulation 16/2018 served as a reference for procurements of goods and/or services by government agencies or ministries across the country (“ Procurements ”).
