Rice Import and Export Provisions Updated

The Minister of Trade(“Minister”)has issued Regulation No. 103/M-DAG/PER/12/2015 on Import and Export Provisions for Rice(“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation aims to simplify procedures for securing rice import and export approval by businesses.Prior to the 2015 Regulation, the same matters were regulated under Ministerial Regulation No. 19/M-DAG/PER/3/2014 on Import and Export Provisions for Rice(“2014 Regulation”).
