RPP for the Job Creation Law: Settlement of Incompatibilities Between Spatial Planning and Forest Areas, Licenses and/or Land Rights

The government is targeting the completion of the issuance of various implementing regulations to Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job Creation Law ”) [1] within the near future and some 30 Draft Regulations of the Government (Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah– “ RPP ”) [2] on the Job Creation Law have already been published, including the RPP on the Settlement of Incompatibilities Between Spatial Planning and Forest Areas, Licenses and/or Land Rights (“ RPP on Spatial Planning ”).
