The Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) has just issued the Regulation on Associations of Owners and Occupants of Multi-Story Housing Units (“ Regulation 23/2018 ”) in a bid to accommodate the establishment of Associations of Owners and Occupants of Multi-Story Housing Units (Perhimpunan Pemilik dan Penghuni Satuan Rumah Susun– “ PPPSRS ”), as well as the rights and obligations of PPPSRS stakeholders.
