Safeguarding Future Generations: Protections for Stakeholders in Higher Education Institutions Now Include Six Types of Violence

In 2021, the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (“ Minister ”) issued Regulation No. 30 of 2021 on the Prevention and Management of Sexual Violence Within Higher Education Institutions (“ Regulation 30/2021 ”). As its title suggests, Regulation 30/2021 sets out the obligations that should be met by various parties working at higher education institutions in relation to the prevention and mitigation of sexual violence.
