Safety and Security of Ionized Radiation and Radioactive Sources

The previous regulation in this sector, Government RegulationNo. 63 of 2000, is no longer suitable as the regulatory framework for this matter as the knowledge and technological advances in the field have far outstripped the scope of the regulation. Therefore, the Government has issued RegulationNo. 33 of 2007to provide the necessary guarantees for employees, the community, and the environment that are directly impacted by the safety and security needs in the ionized radiation and radioactive sources field.
