In an attempt to promote and expand a proper safety regime for indirect geothermal utilization activities, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 33 of 2021 on Work Safety and Health, Protection and Management of the Environment, and Technical Rules for Indirect Geothermal Utilization Activities (“ Regulation 33/2021 ”).
