Sanctions for Violations of COVID-19 Mitigation Measures Within DKI Jakarta Further Regulated

In an effort to implement a stronger, more effective and more comprehensive legal framework that will ensure social protections and the protection of the general public, as well as economic recovery and effective law enforcement against a background of the ongoing Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the provincial government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (“ DKI Jakarta ”) has just issued Regulation No. 2 of 2020 on the Mitigation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ Regulation 2/2020 ”).
