In an effort to ensure the development and improvement of the various reporting services that are available through the Securities Transaction Report Recipient (Penerima Laporan Transaksi Efek- “ PLTE ”) System and also to bring the PLTE System into line with current developments within the debt securities market, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) has decided to adjust the applicable fees for the utilization of the PLTE System through the issuance of Decree No. KEP-00005/BEI/04-2025 on Securities Transaction Reporting Through the PLTE System (“ Decree 5/2025 ”), which has been in force since 2 May 2025. [1] Previously, matters relating to PLTE-based reporting were specifically addressed under Decree of the BEI Board of Directors No. KEP-00113/BEI/08-2023 (“ Decree 113/2023 ”), which bore a similar title to Decree 5/2025 and which has now been repealed and replaced. [2]
